The Grappler Radial uses the same aggressive Grappler tread pattern with tall, supportive side lugs for predictable cornering, aggressive center knobs for strong braking and acceleration, and an open knob layout that clears mud and debris in loose or wet conditions. It's a proven front or rear tread for Enduro, DH, and E-MTB riding.
What sets it apart is the Flux GR Radial casing. Radial ply construction allows the tread and sidewall to work more independently, which means the tire conforms better to rough terrain. You get more consistent traction over roots, rocks, and chatter, plus improved bump absorption that reduces arm fatigue on long runs.
The Flux GR Radial is a 72 TPI dual-ply construction with Dual Apex inserts on each sidewall. The dual inserts provide lateral stability without limiting the radial compliance that makes this tire feel planted through rough, high-speed sections. It handles hard hits and still tracks predictably through corners.
Available in two purpose-built compounds:
MoPo is a pure 42a single compound designed for maximum grip. The soft durometer and slow rebound deliver the highest possible traction in corners, under braking, and through loose terrain. It's the go-to choice for front tires and gravity riding where grip matters more than anything.
Momentum is a dual compound that balances grip with rolling efficiency and tread life. The center lugs use a firmer 50a durometer for faster rolling and better durability, while the shoulder lugs use the same 42a MoPo rubber to keep cornering confidence high. A strong rear tire option, and a proven front/rear combo when paired with MoPo up front.
