At Homiak Singletrack, we want every rider to be fully confident in the gear they choose. If something isn’t right, we make the return process straightforward and hassle‑free.
Returns Window
30‑Day Return Period:
Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping charges).
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, uninstalled, and unmounted
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
- Free of wear, marks, or installation attempts
Returnable Items

Components, Wheels & Tires: Must be uninstalled and unused. Tires must show no signs of mounting or wear.

Apparel & Accessories: Must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags.

Frames, Forks & Shocks: Must be uninstalled, uncut, and unridden.
Non‑Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Custom‑built, special‑order, or personalized items
Note:
We cannot accept returns for items that have been installed, used, or altered. If you’re unsure about fitment or compatibility, reach out before installation — we’re always happy to help.
Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.
We will cover return shipping for standard ground service.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size / No Longer Needed:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Important:
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items arrive in satisfactory condition. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Exchanges
Because inventory moves quickly, we do not offer direct exchanges.
For the fastest turnaround:
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Return the original item for a refund
Refunds are processed promptly once the return is received and inspected.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:
Email info@homiaksingletrack.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
- Package the Item:
- Do not place labels directly on product packaging
- Place the item in its original packaging, then inside a shipping box or mailer
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Ship the Item:
Send via your preferred tracked ground shipping method to the address we provide.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the funds.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
